overlay-scrollbar software package provides Scrollbar overlay, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install overlay-scrollbar
overlay-scrollbar is installed in your system.
Make ensure the overlay-scrollbar package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep overlay-scrollbar *
You will get with overlay-scrollbar package name, version, architecture and description in a table
